Scholarship Information:

  • Sacramento Chapter of the American Public Works Association (APWA)
    • Sacramento Chapter APWA Scholarship Program has Scholarships Totaling $7,000
    • The Sacramento Chapter of the American Public Works Association (APWA) has scholarships available for both Undergraduate and Graduate students. Awards of $1000 to $2000 will be presented based on qualified applications received from Civil Engineering and Construction Management students at UC Davis, Sacramento State, University of the Pacific, and Chico State. All students who apply shall receive a complementary one year student membership to APWA.

Research Opportunities:

  • Collaborative Learning at the Interface of Mathematics and Biology (CLIMB)
    • CLIMB is a year-long program that aims to train students in collaborative research that uses mathematics and computation to answer questions in biology.
    • Sophomores and juniors majoring in mathematical or life sciences are encouraged to apply. Because of restrictions from our funding source, we cannot support international students or majors in engineering, physical sciences, or computer science.
